  Making it all come together & measuring results.
During the final critical phase, we roll out your new communications, according to the plan and schedule identified in the strategy. Our goal, of course, is to make sure we get your message in front of the right people at the right time. In a way, at this point, the entire process begins again—with more questions that will guide subsequent planning and creative work. Are inquiries up? Are they being converted to sales? Are you seeing mostly new customers or repeat business? By evaluating results on an ongoing basis, we can fine-tune our approach, and find even more effective and efficient ways to help you achieve your goals.
